Return Process

  For items that are damaged or do not meet our quality standards, please provide photos of the packaging and product for our team to review.

  Once approved, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the shelf-stable items back to our facility.

  After receiving and inspecting your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
